Terms and conditions of all machinery hired:

All machinery will be provided with a full tank of diesel but on return it must be in the same condition as it was hired with a full tank of fuel. If not, there will be a fuel charge on the final recipient’s bill.  

Any damages undertaken to machinery during hire are fully chargeable to the customer responsible. It is advised that drivers are qualified to drive the machinery to cover insurance purposes.  

All customers will be expected to sign a declaration ‘Contract of hire’, accepting the terms and conditions of hire. This will also ensure machinery drivers are fully qualified and insured to use the equipment available on hire for health and safety regulations.
